Reservation and Entry Process for Saturday Entry
Reservations
- Multiple reservations made for the same time or day will be canceled.
- Reservations are first come first served.
- If there is a cancellation, we will contact you at your email address.
- Saturday viewing time is limited to 90 minutes for each reservation period and 60 minutes for the last period only.
Entrance
- Please show your reservation email to the receptionist on the day of the event.
- You can enter the venue during the time frame you have reserved. If you arrive outside the time frame, you will not be allowed to enter.
- You will not be allowed to re-enter after leaving the venue.
Please note the above and make a reservation using the reservation form to make a reservation.
Entry Process for Weekday Entry
- No reservation is required for entry from October 4 to October 8 (weekdays). Visitors will be admitted as capacity allows.
- Visitors are free to come to the exhibition when they wish, but be aware that you may have to wait to enter if the event space is full.
- When you enter the venue, please use the QR code posted at the reception desk to register your email address in the event that we need to contact you.
Please help us prevent the spread of COVID-19 by following these preventative measures.
■Confirm the following before coming to the event:
- Please refrain from coming to the event if your body temperature is above 37.5 degrees Celsius.
- Please refrain from coming to the event if you have any symptoms such as fever, cough, sneezing, runny nose, fatigue, general pain, diarrhea, etc.
- Please refrain from coming to the event if you have been in Japan for less than 14 days after entering from a country or region where the government has imposed entry restrictions.
■When entering the event:
- Please be sure to wear a mask at all times.
- Please be sure to disinfect your hands with hand sanitizer at the entrance.
- We will take your temperature at the entrance, and if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, you will not be allowed to enter.
- If you feel unwell during the show, please ask a nearby staff member for help.
- In the unlikely event that a visitor is found to be infected with COVID-19, we will contact all visitors by email.
- The event may be canceled without notice in case of congestion or if a waiting line forms around the event.
- Visitors who do not follow the instructions of staff at the venue will not be allowed to enter the exhibition.
■When viewing the exhibition:
- Please maintain distance between yourself and other visitors.
- Please do not touch the display cases or fixtures directly.
- Please refrain from talking inside the venue.
